1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Clearance, custom, or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days
A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
Photos of the issue may be required to speed up the process.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
