1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Clearance, custom, or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. Change of Mind
- We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days
- A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
- Photos of the issue may be required to speed up the process.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Return Process
- Contact us at support@autoperformance.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Send the product back securely packaged.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund, exchange, or store credit.
6. Warranty
- Most products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
- Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Exceptions
- Electrical parts, lighting, or items that require wiring cannot be returned once installed.
- Custom or special orders are final sale.
